DCV - Disc Check Valve

Intended for fast prevention of reverse flow in low-pressure systems and high-cycling applications.

Suitable for many gas and liquid applications subject to proper system design and media compatibility.

Cracking pressure: < 1" H2O. Maximum operating pressure: 34.5 bar.

Allowable operating temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C, depending on seal material.

Disc check valve with floating acetal copolymer disc for bubble-tight closure at very low cracking pressure.

Function: Springless check valve operated solely by media flow, with fast closure upon reverse flow.

Media: Suitable for many gas and liquid applications subject to proper system design and media compatibility.

Testing / setting: Bubble-tight closure from 0 to 34.5 bar; response time on reverse flow < 10 ms.

Oxygen service: Optionally cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.

Seals: Various elastomer seal materials available, depending on medium and operating temperature.

Allowable operating temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C, depending on seal material.

Connections: 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" female NPT.

Flow direction: Install in free-flow direction according to system design.
