Field of application
Intended to prevent reverse flow in compact gas and liquid systems.
Suitable for inert gases, oxygen, oxidizer gases > 21 % and hydrogen subject to proper system design, cleaning and media compatibility.
Cracking pressure range: 0.02 to 1.7 bar. Maximum operating pressure: 206 bar at 21 °C.
Allowable operating temperature: -62 °C to +232 °C, depending on seal material.
Description
Compact one-piece poppet check valve with fully retained O-ring seal for gas and liquid applications.
Function: Check valve for reverse-flow prevention with full pressure rating in the check direction.
Media: Suitable for inert gases, oxygen, oxidizer gases > 21 % and hydrogen subject to proper system design and media compatibility.
Testing / setting: 100 % factory tested for crack, leakage and reseat performance. Nominal cracking pressures: 0.02, 0.07, 0.7 and 1.7 bar.
Oxygen service: Optionally cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.
Seals: Various seal materials available, depending on medium and operating temperature.
Allowable operating temperature: -62 °C to +232 °C, depending on seal material.
Connections: 1/4" and 1/2" NPT.
Flow direction: Install with the arrow pointing in the free-flow direction.
