Field of application
Intended to prevent reverse flow in cryogenic liquid systems.
Suitable for liquid cryogenic gases and oxygen service subject to proper system design and media compatibility.
Nominal cracking pressures: 0.01, 0.07, 0.21, 0.34 and 0.55 bar. Maximum operating pressure: 68.9 bar up to +177 °C; 58.6 bar for the 2" brass version.
Allowable operating temperature: -269 °C to +177 °C.
Description
Cryogenic liquid service check valve with PTFE seal and NPT threaded connections.
Function: Check valve designed to prevent reverse flow in liquid cryogenic lines.
Media: Suitable for liquid cryogenic applications and oxygen service subject to proper system design and media compatibility.
Testing / setting: Nominal cracking pressures 0.01, 0.07, 0.21, 0.34 and 0.55 bar. Leakage in check direction at ambient: < 20 cc/min at 1.72 bar nitrogen; external leakage: zero.
Oxygen service: Cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1 as standard.
Seals: PTFE according to ASTM D1710.
Allowable operating temperature: -269 °C to +177 °C.
Connections: 1/4" to 1" NPT.
Flow direction: Install with the arrow pointing in the free-flow direction.
Available special versions / options:
