FLR - Final Line Regulator (Pressure Reducing)

Intended as a final-line pressure regulator to reduce inlet pressure to a predetermined outlet pressure in gas withdrawal systems, particularly on cryogenic liquid cylinders.

Suitable for gas service, CO2 applications and oxygen service, subject to proper design and media compatibility.

Maximum inlet pressure: 41.4 bar. Outlet pressure ranges: 1.0 to 4.5 bar, 3.4 to 12.1 bar, 10.3 to 24.1 bar and 20.7 to 36.2 bar.

Permissible operating temperature: -196 °C to +93 °C.

Final Line Regulator (Pressure Reducing), brass, 1/4" NPT, maximum inlet pressure 41.4 bar, Cv 0.51.

Function: Non-balanced, spring-referenced pressure reducing regulator for gas delivery applications. Designed for high flow rates at low droop and quick, positive shut-off at the desired outlet pressure.

Media: Suitable for gas service, CO2 applications and oxygen service, subject to proper design and media compatibility.

Testing / setting: Factory preset and 100 % tested. Approximate setpoint change per full turn is 1.0, 1.7, 3.8 or 4.8 bar/turn depending on the spring range.

Oxygen service: Cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1 as standard.

Seals / materials: Body, chamber and valve components made from brass; phosphor bronze diaphragms; PTFE valve seal; Gylon chamber seal; silicone bottom plug seal.

Permissible operating temperature: -196 °C to +93 °C.

Inlet: 1/4" NPT.

Outlet: 1/4" NPT, with 1/8" NPT gauge ports as standard.

Pressure ranges: Spring A 1.0 to 4.5 bar, spring B 3.4 to 12.1 bar, spring C 10.3 to 24.1 bar, spring D 20.7 to 36.2 bar.

Flow Data: Full open flow coefficient Cv 0.51. Flow information for specific applications or pressure conditions should be requested from the factory.
