HC - High Capacity Pressure Regulator (Pressure Reducing)

Intended as a rugged high-capacity pressure regulator for industrial applications requiring high flow rates.

Suitable for liquids and gases, subject to proper design and material compatibility. Available in non-relieving HC and relieving HCR configurations.

Maximum inlet pressure: 27.6 bar. Outlet pressure ranges: 0 to 3.4 bar, 0.3 to 8.5 bar and 0.7 to 13.6 bar.

Permissible operating temperature: -30 °C to +95 °C.

High Capacity Pressure Regulator (Pressure Reducing), brass, 3/8" and 1/2" NPT, maximum inlet pressure 27.6 bar.

Function: Fully balanced high-capacity pressure regulator for stable outlet pressure control at high flow rates. Available as non-relieving HC and relieving HCR configuration.

Media: Suitable for liquids and gases compatible with the materials of construction.

Testing / setting: 100 % factory tested for leakage, droop and flow performance. The set pressure can be adjusted via the adjustment screw and locked with the lock nut.

Oxygen service: Optionally cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.

Seals / materials: Forged brass body; valve assembly with FKM; Buna-N O-rings; Buna-N/Nylon diaphragm; stainless steel and brass components according to the data sheet.

Permissible operating temperature: -30 °C to +95 °C.

Inlet: 3/8" or 1/2" NPT.

Outlet: 3/8" or 1/2" NPT.

Pressure ranges: Spring A 0 to 3.4 bar, spring B 0.3 to 8.5 bar, spring C 0.7 to 13.6 bar.

Flow Data: Fail-open Cv 2.4 for 3/8" NPT and Cv 2.9 for 1/2" NPT. Flow curve in the data sheet with 13.8 bar inlet pressure and initial set pressure at 1 SCFM: spring A 3.4 bar, spring B 5.9 bar, spring C 10.3 bar; dotted line indicates 10 % outlet pressure droop from setpoint.
