ICV - Inline Check Valve

Intended to prevent reverse flow in compact pressure and vacuum systems.

Suitable for inert gases, oxygen, oxidizer gases > 21 % and hydrogen subject to proper system design, cleaning and media compatibility.

Operating pressure range: vacuum to 55 bar. Nominal cracking pressures: 0.01, 0.07 and 0.21 bar.

Allowable operating temperature: -62 °C to +190 °C, depending on seal material.

Compact, direct-acting inline poppet check valve for pressure and vacuum applications.

Function: Check valve for limiting reverse flow with bubble-tight sealing at low differential pressure.

Media: Suitable for inert gases, oxygen, oxidizer gases > 21 % and hydrogen subject to proper system design and media compatibility.

Testing / setting: 100 % factory tested for leakage in the backflow direction. Leakage: zero at > 0.03 bar back pressure. Proof pressure: 83 bar.

Oxygen service: Optionally cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.

Seals: Standard elastomer O-ring; seal material depending on medium and temperature range.

Allowable operating temperature: -62 °C to +190 °C, depending on seal material.

Connections: 1/8" to 3/4"; NPT, SAE, BSPT or BSPP depending on configuration.

Flow direction: Install with the arrow pointing in the free-flow direction.
