IRV - Industrial Relief Valve

Intended for pressure relief of industrial piping and system sections against excessive pressure.

Suitable for industrial gas and liquid applications subject to correct sizing and media compatibility.

Set pressure range: 0.69 to 51.7 bar.

Permissible operating temperature: -51 °C to +190 °C, depending on seal material.

Product overview: Industrial 316 stainless steel pressure relief valve with NPT, metal-to-metal face seal or Bi-Lok dual-ferrule tube connections, set pressure range 0.69 to 51.7 bar.

Function: Spring-loaded pressure relief valve for overpressure protection in industrial systems. Compact design and multiple inlet/outlet configurations help reduce piping requirements.

Media: Suitable for industrial gas and liquid applications subject to correct sizing and media compatibility.

Factory setting / testing: Factory preset, 100% tested for leakage, crack pressure and reseat performance; set pressure secured against adjustment. Field adjustment of the relief pressure is not intended.

Oxygen service: Optionally available cleaned and packaged for oxygen service.

Seals: FKM for 0.69 to 51.7 bar; PTFE for 3.45 to 51.7 bar. Inline adapters use FKM O-ring seals.

Permissible operating temperature: -51 °C to +190 °C, depending on seal material.

Inlet: 1/4" or 1/2" NPT, -4 or -8 metal-to-metal face seal, 1/4" or 1/2" Bi-Lok dual-ferrule tube connection, depending on configuration.

Outlet: Vent to atmosphere, deflector cap for directing exhausted gas, or inline/pipe-away connection to downstream piping, depending on configuration.

Available special versions / options: Oxygen cleaning; PTFE seal for higher set pressures and severe-service applications; deflector cap and inline/pipe-away configurations.
