Cryogenic check valve in KCV-500B and KCV-750B versions with brass body, PCTFE poppet and phosphor bronze spring.

Function: Check valve designed to prevent reverse flow in cryogenic systems.

Media: Suitable for cryogenic applications subject to proper system design and media compatibility.

Testing / setting: Nominal cracking pressure 0.34 bar. Leakage < 10 cc/min at 3.45 bar and 6.89 bar back pressure. Cv: 3.2 for KCV-500B, 4.75 for KCV-750B.

Oxygen service: Optionally cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.

Seals: PCTFE poppet; 302 stainless steel spiral retaining ring.

Allowable operating temperature: -251 °C to +93 °C.

Connections: KCV-500B: 1/2" NPT; KCV-750B: 3/4" NPT.

Flow direction: Install with the arrow pointing in the free-flow direction.
