BLD - Cryogenic Pressure Regulator (Pressure Build)

Intended as a cryogenic pressure-build regulator for pressure-build circuits and as a cryogenic pressure reducing regulator in applicable applications.

Suitable for cryogenic media and oxygen service, subject to proper design and media compatibility.

Maximum inlet pressure: 41.4 bar. Outlet pressure ranges: 1.0 to 5.2 bar, 3.4 to 13.8 bar, 6.9 to 24.1 bar and 20.7 to 41.4 bar.

Permissible operating temperature: -196 °C to +93 °C.

Cryogenic Pressure Regulator (Pressure Build), brass, 1/2" NPT, maximum inlet pressure 41.4 bar, Cv 2.20.

Function: Non-balanced, spring-referenced pressure reducing regulator with PTFE seals for cryogenic applications. Optimized for pressure-build applications with high flow and quick shut-off at setpoint.

Media: Suitable for cryogenic media and oxygen service, subject to proper design and media compatibility.

Testing / setting: Factory preset and 100 % tested for leakage, droop and flow performance. Approximate setpoint change per full turn is 0.8, 1.4, 2.8 or 4.8 bar/turn depending on the spring range. The regulator is non-relieving.

Oxygen service: Cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1 as standard.

Seals / materials: Brass body; phosphor bronze diaphragms; PTFE valve seal, PTFE bottom plug seal, PTFE chamber seal and PTFE valve O-rings; stainless steel springs and fasteners according to the data sheet.

Permissible operating temperature: -196 °C to +93 °C.

Inlet: 1/2" NPT.

Outlet: 1/2" NPT.

Pressure ranges: Spring A 1.0 to 5.2 bar, spring B 3.4 to 13.8 bar, spring C 6.9 to 24.1 bar, spring D 20.7 to 41.4 bar.
